2010! Here I come!

Hello everyone, and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! In february 14th the year of the Tiger starts, I believe this will be the year to catch that prey we wanted for so long, and we carefully(or not) watched and waited for the time to strike, and the first picture that I got in my mind was the firm grasp of the tiger when he finally gets to it, so let’s go let’s all run, jump, and catch it with our claws our deserved and finally achieved objective.

And no, I don’t like the picture of some wildlife dying to a tiger, even thought is the circle of life, so I just picture the tiger grabbing this unknow bag of something.

When it tickles our heart

Today a proof of hard work, dedication and the ability to not give up from one of my dearest companies along this journey of life made my heart tickles, made it feel happy, like it was laughing in joy.

I’ve been wondering how to live my life helping this world (and universe) without interfering, without thinking that I am more than just me, which it also brings up a question that says “help the universe? how big you think you are” and ”Aren’t we more than just me?”, but I believe now both questions can be answered by saying I am. No matter the size, I am part of the Universe, so if I change it changes too, I am me, not anyone else so my ability to change or help stops where “me” ends. Back to the track now =P

So, how to see someone (for example) go trought a hard time in life and only help when that someone asks you? Could you be placed there right at the moment to help that someone? or offering your help and telling them what to do (according to your opinion) is interfering their own learning?. Answer is, I don’t know, just been trying to do my best to follow my heart, and today, after all this struggle with myself trying to understand how I should act, it smiled, and I didn’t do anything specifically, what made my heart smile wasn’t my acomplishment, wasn’t my doing, wasn’t my profit, just seeing someone else show their own strenght, that I maybe forgot it was there.

And I believe what makes us happy when someone we care triumph, is like seeing an angel that had its wings retracted and dusted, flap it, shine and reach to the sky. Or maybe to remember we can all do it too

It can be a judged simple or small act, but it shows what you are really made of.
Not what the “world made you” but your part in it.

So we have a new sentence to go along with:
“Don’t show God the size of your problems, but your problems the size of your God”Which would be:
“Don’t be scared of how small you are in this world, show everything else how big your heart is”

I guess I am not very good at sentences after all =P

Fearless

This one is for all my friends and family members like me that are walking on that scary road of doubt and anxiety.
I heard from a person very dear to me that the key word is “fearless”, I wouldn’t say courage, because you are not controling your fears, or doing something dangerous, it is just the absence of fear. We know fear is a well known and usefull emotional protection, it is what stop us from being careless, and to re-think some actions, or even to control ou mob instincts, but I understand that in periods of life and in a certain path of our lifes, the only thing that is gonna keep us going is the hability to trust our hearts, and when we reach that, it is 100% security that nothing is wrong and there is nothing to be afraid of, there is no such thing as outcomes, only the light at the end of the path that your heart showed you.

It is nice to be a traveler that you happened to meet on your path.

The blog name changed, and also did its purpose, it started as a way to promote my work, and also connect my clients, now I want it to be a way to share and spread light and thoughts too.

Standing Still

Sometimes the way of doing things is not doing anything, if your sitting on your deck, the longer you stay still is how closer the birds are gonna get to you so their beauty can be better appreciated. Nature have its on pace, and wanting or not we are part of it, in a forest even thought the plants have different speeds of growth they all seem to match together in one beautiful harmonic landscape.

Sometimes in life we gotta be like the praying mantis or the humming bird. The mantis awaits, still, for the right moment to strike, no hurry, no worries, just the security that the right moment is there. The humming bird moves fast, so fast, he seem still to untrained eyes, the human body, soul, and spirit can be flowing, as never before, free and brave, but the body and the mind can be still, acting whenever they are needed. Also the humming bird takes its time to appreciate the flowers, and their power of healing, sometimes just stoping for 5 minutes to appreciate nature can be a healing experience.

Do you really need to be there right now? maybe arriving at 8:35 instead of 8:30 is possible, and we can stand still for 5 minutes to appreciate the beauty around us.
